Swim Together - colored

I went and bought two grey prismacolor markers specifically so that I could color Vince in this picture... and then I did a horrible job at it! T-T

Anyways... I was informed, very nicely, that Vince did not have a fine on his head and back, just the back. So i had to draw another picture to correct my wrong! Showing more of his body in this one... which I'm making up as I go along, Googling for pictures of Great White Sharks for reference! I think It's okay.. his head is a little too small and his arm/hand a little too large. Not to mention that his post sucks... but the idea behind this one is that he and Cassie are just swimming along and she's bein' silly, and he is being tolerant as usual.

Funny... Cassie's hair in these pictures has to be the messiest I've ever drawn hair, I and totally WORKS for underwater! Whoo! Then I thought that just leaving all that white around them while they were supposed to be in water was lame... so I did something a tiny bit less lame and colored in with crayola colored pencils... I tried to do the shadowing effect that water has... failed horribley >.<

Oh, and there was all sorts of blank space at the bottom that I felt obligated to fill, so that's how the mini pictures came into being. I wanted to draw Vince straight-on and not just from the side... and somehow that turned into he and Cassie freaking out over something. I think that it's funny that he has sharp shark teeth and she has the normal straight ones... but yeah.. ^^'

The other one I was trying to compare their reletive lengths. Which Cassie at just over five feet, and have researched that Great Whites can grow to up to like twenty-one feet, I realize that I made Vince much too short... T-T
